Adam Goucher

Adam attended the University of Colorado where he was a 4-time NCAA champion and 11-time All American. Career highlights include 8-time USA Champion, 7-time World Champion Finalist, and 2000 Olympian. Adam is the co-author of Running The Edge with his best friend Tim Catalano. They also developed the Run The Year virtual fitness challenge. He currently resides in Boulder, Colorado, with his wife, Kara, and their son, Colt.

Sara recaps her recent races including the US 10 Mile Championships, Frankfurt Marathon and the US Marathon Championships, held in conjunction with the the Cal International Marathon. Sara also discusses juggling a busy schedule as a mom to four girls and the possibility of her family moving to Ethiopia.

Sara Hall

Sara's most recent racing accomplishments include winning the 2017 US 10 Mile and Marathon Championships. Sara is married to Olympian Ryan Hall, and the two founded the Hall Steps Foundation. They have four daughters, Hana, Mia, Jasmine and Lily. Sara lives and trains in Redding, California and is sponsored by Asics.

Michelle Lilienthal

Michelle is a four-time US Olympic Marathon trials qualifier, most recently qualifying for the 2020 trials at the 2017 Chicago Marathon. She is a former member of Team USA Minnesota and ran some her best races on Minnesota soil, including her marathon PR, 2:34 at the Twin Cities Marathon, and her half marathon PR, 1:11 at the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon in Duluth. She currently lives in Portland, Maine with her fiancé, Marc, and cat, Squeaks. She works for Apple Inc. and is loving life running on the coast of Maine as a semi retired serious hobby racer.

Serena Burla
Serena is a mother, 2:26:53 marathoner, and two-time cancer survivor who keeps putting one foot in front of the other. Grateful for the ability to run, Serena has represented the United States at the 2015 and 2017 IAAF World Championships in the marathon. She is committed to focusing on the “cans” in her life and keeps forging ahead.
